Saker???... Is it right? I've found this name in the hungarian bird-monitoring website. Falco cherrug. 
That's sure. 
This hawk was the holy bird of the progenitors of Hungarian. It's called Turul in old-Hungarian.
And in my opinion this is maybe the most beautiful bird on Earth...

Yes, that's a Saker Falcon. I like the name Turul very much, it fits those noble and beautiful bird so well.
